Follow the following path and then edit the key as mentioned :-....
1. Go to Start Menu -> Run, and then type regedit and press enter.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> policies -> system
3. On the right window, Double Click on the string LegalNoticeCaption and edit its value.
Example: Beware before You Proceed
4. Again, on the right window, Double Click on the string LegalNoticeText and edit its value.
Example: You are logging into a secure device
Everyone will be surprised to see the WARNING message at LOG ON.....
