1. Go to Start Menu -> Run, and then type regedit and press enter

2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ ContentIndex

3. On the right window, find the key called StartupDelay

4. Double Click on it and then Click Decimal

5. Now its Default Value is 4800000 (75300: Hexadecimal)

6. Change the Value to 40000

7. Now close the Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer
